Sea of Stories

Seadog Productions
On the windswept North Sea coast, Freya's father is the last working fisherman in her village. But when he's lost at sea it's Freya who must set sail to rescue him from the underwater underworld of her childhood stories. However, voyaging to the ocean's end isn't half as tough as getting back... With charming, inventive story-telling and puppetry, the play explores growing up, saying goodbye and the changing face of today's fishing industry. Performed promenade-style on the Museum of Wellington City & Sea's maritime floor, part of their 'Death and Diversity' programme. With matinees perfect for families (children 7+). Booking essential.
